The Credentials
AS9100D
Quality Systems Registrars (third-party registered). The aerospace industry's quality management system standard, built on ISO 9001 with additional requirements for design, traceability, configuration management, and risk management specific to aviation, space, and defense. JD Machine's AS9100D registration covers precision machining and fabrication of components and assemblies for these markets.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality Systems Registrars (third-party registered). The international standard for quality management systems. ISO 9001:2015 governs the documented practices, process controls, and continuous improvement structures that underpin the rest of JD Machine's quality systems. It's the foundation the AS9100D registration is built on.
CMMC Level 2
C3PAO certified, registered in SPRS. The U.S. Department of Defense's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification at Level 2. CMMC Level 2 governs how Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) is protected across a defense supplier's IT environment. JD Machine's certification was issued by an accredited C3PAO (Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization) and is registered in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Defense and aerospace prime contractors can verify the status directly.
ITAR
U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. JD Machine is registered under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, which govern the manufacture, export, and brokering of defense articles and services. ITAR registration is a prerequisite for work on defense and space programs that involve regulated technical data.
