Our Commitment

JD Machine Corp. aims for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is not a legal checkbox for us. A site more people can use is a site that serves customers, suppliers and job applicants better, and this website is built and reviewed to that standard.

What That Looks Like Here

• Semantic page structure, with one main heading per page, headings in order, and breadcrumbs on interior pages
• Full keyboard operation — everything clickable is reachable and usable without a mouse, including the navigation menus
• Every form field is programmatically connected to its visible label, so screen readers announce what each field is for
• Text alternatives on informative images; decorative photography is hidden from screen readers rather than described
• Body text at readable sizes, and touch targets on phones sized to be hit reliably
• Layouts that reflow to any screen width and text that scales with your browser settings
• The homepage background video is silent, plays no sound, loops without controls competing for focus, and is replaced by a still image if your device or browser asks for reduced motion

Some content linked from this site is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standard, including documents such as the Supplier Terms and Conditions PDF, the job application system hosted by our recruiting provider, and articles published on third-party news and trade websites.

Where we produce those materials ourselves, we are working through them to the same target.
