JD Machine utilizes the latest turning technology including dual-spindle, multi-turret CNC turning centers with 4 axis milling capability. This combination of dual processing with milling enables the input of raw material to rapidly be converted to a fully machined product in 1 operation.
Our CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers give us 4 and 5 axis capability. We utilize automated pallet systems and other automation to achieve hundreds of hours per week of unattended operation.

We offer in-house mechanical assembly of our machined and fabricated parts. This service coupled with our powerful purchasing management can provide our customers with assemblies and sub-assemblies. This greatly reduces the part number count that our customers have to manage. To ensure quality of these assemblies, we routinely perform PFMEA to create Standard Work Instructions. We also conduct pressure-tests, helium leak tests, electrical conductivity and other testing to ensure functional performance.
