While we do have capabilities to manufacture just about anything, we have found it is often too expensive for us and the customer to only do one part, or fix an existing component. If you are looking for shops that may be interested in producing one-off parts, we would be happy to connect you to a few in the area.

Yes! Our president/CEO is very passionate about workforce development and invites the community, local high schools and tech colleges for open houses and tours several times a year. If you would like to get something scheduled, feel free to reach out.

We do! We have several high school students every semester who come job shadow and even have the opportunity to run some of the machines. It’s a great way to get your foot in the door with us and the industry. If you have enough credits to graduate and are eligible for an internship, simply contact us and explore your options.

We have an apprenticeship program for machinists and welders that’s registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. These apprenticeships provide entry-level workers a $1/hour raise every six months. We also pay tuition to local tech colleges and offer on-the-job training. We offer competitive pay, generous benefits (including health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(k) match, quarterly team member appreciation activities and more).
