CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) Milling is a machining process which requires computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to remove material by advancing the tool into the material. This process allows custom-designed components to be manufactured with high-precision tolerances ranging from +/-0.001″ – 0.005″.
We have 4-axis and 5-axis milling capabilities that can rapidly create parts to our customers specifications. CNC Mills are controlled with G-code programs with CAD/CAM Software.
CNC Mills were created for manufacturing precise, repeatable parts. This functionality makes them ideal for prototyping, and low-to-high volume production runs. CNC Mills are able to cut a variety of metals ranging from aluminum to titanium, as well as plastics.
