A Highly Skilled Career Path

At JD Machine, we are committed to building a robust workforce pipeline of highly skilled machinists. Our in-house training program is certified to meet the education requirements of our U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program. This program is designed to equip individuals with the expertise and knowledge needed to excel in the field of machining, taking them from apprentice to master machinist. They can simultaneously gain a career and an education inside of our facility, getting raises every 6 months as they progress through the program.

The JDU curriculum includes the basics of machining all the way through the most high-tech and essential elements. Our apprenticeship program has always included gaps and findings from audits, as well as requests made by our valued customers, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

We believe that JDU coupled with our apprenticeship program will produce the most highly skilled machinists in the industry.
